About Judit Albecz
Judit Albecz is the principal solicitor of AJ Legal. Judit was admitted to the Supreme Court as a lawyer in 1992, she has over 29 years of experience in legal practice. Judit founded AJ Legal in 2009.
In addition to advocating for her clients, Judit has been providing her services as a consultant to the following organisations; New South Wales Police Service Human Resources and Development, Child Protection and Ethnic Consultation Forum, Department of Fair Trading NSW Consumer Protection Agency and the Multi Cultural Communication Service. She has also acted as the legal advisor the judges of the Family Court during the reform of the Family Law Act and for 4 years to the Police Ethnic Community Advisory Committee as one of the advisors to the NSW Police Commissioner. She is currently the legal advisor on Australian law to the Hungarian Embassy in Australia. Judit understands that the law can be a complex and confusing area for non lawyers and is committed to providing her clients and the community at large with practical and easy to understand legal information and advice. She has given legal lectures on many areas of the law to different community groups all over Australia and also regularly gives SBS radio reports in Hungarian and English on various topics of the law. Over her career Judit has also given legal lectures at various community organisations including Ryde Family Support Service, Education Centre Against Violence, Redfern Legal Centre Publishing, Women’s Education and Training Strategy, Benevolent Society, Bosnian Information and Welfare Centre, Fairfield Women’s Health Service, Macquarie Community College, MTC Training Solutions, Law for Non Lawyers series and the Goulburn Police Academy. Judit understands that the is law complex and she is committed to providing easy to understand expert advice to her clients.
